Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist

Team We are a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on building clear, reliable, and scalable documentation and learning experiences. Working in a hybrid, and remote environment, we partner closely with subject matter experts and team leads to support onboarding, upskilling, and continuous improvement across the organization.   • Create, update, and maintain internal documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and reflect process changes accurately
  • Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, up to date, and easy to access
  • Manage document versioning, reviews, approvals, and archiving, and perform quality and compliance checks

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training aligned with documented processes
  • Develop and facilitate live and asynchronous learning experiences to address identified skill gaps
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training and documentation practices
  • Track and support reporting on training completion and participation

Your Profile Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Technical Writing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in documentation management, training development, or related work
  • Strong command of written English and document formatting best practices
  • Experience working with document management systems or content platforms
  • Skilled in facilitating training for diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated or technical environments (e.g. finance, healthcare, software)
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Background in process improvement, adult learning theory, or instructional design
