Program Overview
Year Up United is a comprehensive program that provides young adults with the skills and support they need to succeed in their careers. The program includes:
- In-depth classes in application development and support, customer success, helpdesk and desktop support, project management support, data analytics, quality assurance, business fundamentals, and cyber security
- Access to internships at leading organizations in the California Bay Area, including Salesforce, Workday, and PayPal
- Personalized coaching and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals
- An educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase
- Ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Entry Level Customer-Based Communications Professional Development Opportunity, you must:
- Be between the ages of 18-29
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
