The Global Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying package contents, repackaging as needed, and coordinating deliveries to our approved vendor locations. All logistics activities are tracked through the Appen USA shipping portal, where you’ll log each shipment’s details and submit proof of delivery.This position requires strong communication, organization, and reliability. As a Global Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth package flow between our vendors, clients, and internal departments.This is a remote, worldwide position, designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy independent work with clear procedures and full support from our operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and document incoming packages from approved suppliers.Repackage and prepare outgoing shipments according to company guidelines.Coordinate shipments with international vendors and local carriers (DHL, USPS, arenaflex, arenaflex, etc.).Maintain accurate records of shipments through the Appen USA logistics portal.Communicate with the logistics team to confirm delivery timelines.Track and report shipping costs for reimbursement.Follow all Appen USA safety and compliance policies for global logistics.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have access to a secure location for receiving and handling packages.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.Prior experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or dispatch is a plus but not required.BenefitsFully remote, flexible schedule.Training and certification provided by Appen USA.Competitive pay and performance bonuses.Full reimbursement for shipping-related costs (per policy).Growth opportunities within our expanding logistics department.Supportive virtual team environment.
