Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and personalized service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other travel-related services
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service and safety

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
