About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the primary liaison between our customers and our field staff and sales professionals. Your mission will be to provide the highest level of service by building tremendous value through engaging and compelling employee and customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, responding to incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers and driving business growth
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and providing personalized solutions
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Obtaining product knowledge to answer questions and provide expert advice to customers
  • Processing orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to improve our services
  • Communicating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset and have an encouraging and motivating personality. A polished and professional demeanor, self-motivation, and discipline are also essential. You should have highly evolved customer service skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Encouraging and motivating personality
  • A polished and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivation and discipline
  • Highly evolved customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence
