Key Responsibilities As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Addressing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction. * Delivering precise information regarding products and services via chat communications, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in the automotive and recreational vehicle sectors. * Assisting in scheduling appointments by gathering necessary details and providing exceptional customer service. * Cultivating and keeping updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. * Gathering customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. * Providing summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment, providing valuable insights for dealer clients.
