Facility Management Coordinator
You will be handling the work of specialty vendors and will work under limited supervision. This is a full time position with normal working days from Monday through Friday, requiring periodic on-call availability for emergency situations. Perform a variety of skilled duties in: IT, Mailroom delivery and pickup, trips to the post office, Customer Service Center duties, conference room Audio/Visual issues, phone room and switches issues, HVAC, electrical. Develop and maintain facilities services database; Security, Equipment maintenance, Update facility floor plans. Ensure Landlord follows requirements of the lease related to its maintenance/management obligations.
