Posting Date 01/29/2026 116 Inverness DrSte 280, Englewood, Colorado, 80112, United States of America The Tech Admin Specialist I in DaVita Guest Services (DGS) supports both the Admissions and Patient Concierge teams. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient processing and routing of incoming faxes, maintaining user accounts, and managing facility data across various systems. The Specialist I will interact with multiple care coordination tools (CCTs) and DaVita systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate documentation, ultimately supporting the placement and coordination of patient care. DaVita Guest Services (DGS) experience preferred On-site presence is required 1x a month at our office in Malvern, PA or Englewood, CO Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fax Processing and Validation: Take ownership of incoming faxes by evaluating and validating route paths within DataCap to ensure they reach their correct final destination. You will also evaluate and redirect any misfiled faxes to the appropriate queue. Care Coordination Tool (CCT) System Management: Manage user accounts for various CCT systems, including Careport Intake (Navi), Referral Manager (Allscripts), MyAiden, Ensocare, and Ensocare VA. Responsibilities include resetting passwords, creating new accounts, and updating access levels. DPP Administrative Assistance: Provide email and phone support for the DaVita Physician Portal (DPP), assisting with new account creation, password resets, and administrative account approvals. This also includes completing related SNOW tickets. Other duties as assigned. Key Competencies Experience in the healthcare industry or related field preferred Strong documentation skills and a commitment to adhering to compliance protocols required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required Effective planning and time management abilities required The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously required Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
