Logistics Project Manager, Lead The Opportunity: Provide project management, analysis, guidance, and recommendations for logistics operations, including force posture, deployment and distribution, and Agile Combat Employment (ACE) operations. Analyze gaps in logistics supply chain capability, fuels, distribution points, and command and control (C2) to innovate and enhance ACE Capabilities. Coordinate with other agencies, authorities, and stakeholders to improve effectiveness of theater distribution, providing seamless inter- to intra-theater supply, transportation, and personnel movement. Develop, coordinate, publish, track, and manage Preposition Asset Plans. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager in logistics or air operations
  • 3+ years of experience with Force Posture requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with ACE operations and exercises
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the INDOPACOM AOR
  • 3+ years of experience successfully leading and directing teams, including analyzing, planning, and adjusting work operations to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
  • Experience writing information papers and concepts of operation (CONOPs) and analyzing policies
  • Ability to conduct strategic assessments and brief senior military leaders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including across departments and commands
  • Knowledge of Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning procedures
  • Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize multiple data sets to determine optimum supply chain management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Masters degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
