Based in Pennsylvania, we are seeking a strategic remote hire in West Virginia to support regional growth across this targeted state market. This role is ideal for a senior-level civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position. You will act as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships – while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams. Company Support & Resources We will provide you with the tools and support needed for success, including: Company laptop, docking station, and dual monitors Cell phone Transportation support: Vehicle stipend for personal vehicle or Company car for business-related use Support from Pennsylvania based teams Integration & Communication We place a strong emphasis on avoiding “remote isolation.” This role includes: Participation in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings Approximately 15 standing meetings throughout the year Regular communication with executive leadership Clear executive-level visibility and support We know that great work happens when people feel supported both on and off the job. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
  • Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: Civil/site design Grading Civil 3D
  • Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
  • A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”
  • Highly self-driven and self-starting
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
