Job Title Global Account Manager Job Description We have a position open for a Global Account Manager in the Americas region! We Believe You'll Love this Position If... You want to be responsible for leading the central work tasks for the appointed partner and together with the representatives in the Axis regions drive activities and sales through the channel. What You’ll Do Here… Drive growth with multi- regional partners by implementing Axis programs at the local, regional, and global levels. Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned partners. Collaborate with business area and head region leaders to align account activities and revenue goals, ensuring data tracking for global alignment with projects. Serve as first point of contact and a global escalation point for assigned accounts. Report account progress to both regional leadership and the Global Head of the Multi-Regional Program. Partner with regional sales teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and follow-up for accounts. Work cross-functionally with other Axis teams to strengthen partner relationships, including and not limited: Product and segment teams End-customer teams Distribution partners Marketing and administrative functions Drive partners to AECs and educate partners on Axis’ value and offerings. Coordinate end-customer rollouts with Axis’ customer-facing teams. Coordinate with distribution representatives to improve project execution and efficiency. Perform other related tasks and duties as needed. What We Are Looking For… Strong passion for sales and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job-related: technical knowledge, accountability, and self-development. We Believe You Will Need… Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in a sales-driven role. Solid understanding of technical products, solutions, and services (hardware & software). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Salesforce experience preferred. Physical demands: · Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more. · Expected travel time for this position is 70% Target Salary The approximate pay range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
