Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on our products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and medical procedures
  • Ability to work in a second or third shift environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
