Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and optimize global supply chain frameworks, processes, and systems to drive cost savings, revenue growth, and improved customer satisfaction

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, including process improvements, technology enhancements, and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth and excellence
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics and transportation industry

Prerequisites and Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
  • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain optimization, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business growth and excellence
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with process improvement, technology enhancements, and change management initiatives
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ certification (e.g., FedEx QDM Master) is highly desirable
  • Lithe, PMP, or similar accreditation is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in driving cross-functional teams and collaborating with global partners
