What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
