Job Summary:

As a Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in creating geographic data for assigned areas, developing PC-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to regional dealmakers. You'll work closely with territorial dealmakers, agents of arenaflex, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned areas using MapInfo, as specified by regional dealmakers

  • Process requests and inquiries directly from arenaflex activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials
  • Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including data analysis and visualization, as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to regional dealmakers, including preparing cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, and meeting other administrative needs
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, greeting office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, and recording and booking deliveries

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field

  • General knowledge of geographic data systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with MapInfo

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
