We are currently searching for a Remote Test Automation Consultant (SDET / Selenium): Responsibilities:

  • Drive Test Automation planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned projects, ensuring standard methodology is followed.
  • Provide expertise, feedback, and contributions for continued process improvement to ensure QA effectiveness and best practices are managed.
  • Perform Test Planning, Test Design, and Test Execution for in-scope applications.
  • Develop detailed test cases from requirements, execute, and document results, providing Manual QA support when required.
  • Manage Test Assets, support Defects Tracking & Resolution, and handle Metrics Tracking & Test Reporting.
  • Manage Test Tools Implementation.
  • Work closely with onshore, nearshore, and offshore project team members.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of QA/Testing experience with significant experience as a Tester.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation across different platforms (Web/Mobile/Legacy).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and maintenance of test automation tools/frameworks, specifically with Selenium.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end, functional, and regression testing.
  • Experience in creating Testing Strategy, Test Planning, and Test design.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for Test management activities (Test Repositories, traceability with requirements, etc.).
  • Proven experience in manual testing of software applications, including test case design, execution, and bug reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desired:

  • Experience with the Retail domain.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
