Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling multiple channels of communication, including inbound calls, chats, and emails, to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Addressing time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting, with professionalism and a timely manner
  • Developing deep expertise in arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources to drive positive outcomes
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills and relationship-building to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in every interaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and above-average technical fluency, including typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on issue resolution and concise communication
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in every interaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or delivery services company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
