Senior Financial Analyst - Operations

Job Description: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of financial analysis activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, dashboards and reporting. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to present insights and financial information in a clear, concise to senior level management. The Senior Financial Analyst role offers an interesting variety of projects and ample opportunity for professional growth and development. Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and various data sources to help drive business decisions Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Work with department team leaders to analyze and explain departmental financial results, prepare financial analysis to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issues Prepare & present financials to Senior leadership Development of financial models to forecast the future implication of business decisions Work with management to help define and measure business drivers and key metrics, identify process and/or system improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance company reporting and data quality Conduct various ad hoc analyses and special projects to support management decision making Qualifications & Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to handle large volumes of data, understand process flow, gather information, analyze, problem solve, link financial results to operational performance drivers and find efficient and accurate ways to complete tasks Demonstrated decision making and critical thinking Must possess strong attention to detail with ability to execute against deadlines Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing priorities Takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with levels of management Ability to work independently in a pro-active manner, or within a team environment Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Experience: 3-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related role Systems: Advanced MS Excel user, proficient in Microsoft applications, experience with Oracle, Tableau or similar operating systems, experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce desired but not required Additional Requirements: Managerial Requirements: N/A Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples), may need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locations Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
