About the position Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Facilitate the flow of work through code delivery, testing, ensuring sprint commitments are met and releases are delivered. Proactively identify, track, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the delivery lifecycle. Utilize Jira reporting to identify risks and issues, understand how the team is tracking towards delivery and to communicate progress against sprint goals. Contribute to continuous improvement mindset by both participating in and facilitating team retrospectives Communicate status and challenges to working team and leadership. How you will collaborate with others: Contribute to continuous improvement mindset by both participating in and facilitating team retrospectives Promote transparency across multiple feature teams, with Product Owner and Leadership team Great communication, current team is distributed so usage of Teams and other virtual means is needed What deliverables you will take ownership of: Own end-to-end sprint execution, from sprint kickoff through retrospective, ensuring teams are set up to meet agreed-upon scope, timelines, and quality standards. Leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, sprint cycle time, team health metrics) to provide accurate insights to leadership and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Experience utilizing Agile methodology
  • Experience in project management leading multiple, simultaneous projects across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing sprint from beginning to the end
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 10%

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) + years of experience utilizing Agile methodology (Scrum Master)
  • Certified Scrum Master, SM Certification, SSM Certification
