Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring follow-through to shipment
  • Providing timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives
  • Working closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Assisting the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking
