Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our 24/7 call center team. As a key point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling work, answering customer service questions, dispatching work to technicians, and ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a quiet and professional work area with strong internet coverage.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from clients and patients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule work for technicians, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Dispatch work to scheduled technicians, prioritizing and triaging calls to optimize workflow
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that all client and patient information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with client information, services offered, and staff details to provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, patients, and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and VOIP phones
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and mobile medical services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with CRM systems and VOIP phones

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
