Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex Wealth Management, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to clients via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying and escalating critical issues while maintaining a high level of service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Documenting client interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborating with the sales and financial planning teams to ensure a consistent client experience and promote cross-functional understanding
  • Assisting in the development of FAQs and other support documentation to enhance client knowledge and support
  • Gathering client feedback to help improve services and processes, ensuring we continuously meet and exceed client expectations
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients and provide informed support
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications, business, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer support or live chat roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support, with a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple chats and respond to clients efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
