Corporate Governance Attorney

Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom We are currently seeking Corporate Governance Attorneys to work with our publicly-traded client base across multiple industries. Responsibilities:

• Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board processes, and best practices.
• Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials.
• Support public company compliance obligations, including proxy statements, annual meetings, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements.
• Oversee entity management, corporate records, and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices.
• Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
