Conducts analyses (e.g., financial modeling, business case) to validate proposed ideas and inform business decisions. Assists in refining initial framing established by project lead for strategic questions and applies structure to analysis. Provides support for the execution of strategy and ad hoc analyses. Cultivates strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Understands key stakeholders' business priorities and facilitates internal alignment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in internal strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills with an affinity for quantitative modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, nonverbal, verbal, and written, with peers, senior management, and business partners including in times of discussion with multiple opinions.
  • Self-starter with can-do demeanor, including a strong personal drive and an ability to work independently in multiple environments/cultures and get things done.
  • Skills to work collaboratively on a team; be an advocate for improvement/change.
  • An ability to quickly and accurately deliver in ambiguity.
  • Excellent attention to detail, robust organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain secure and confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA is preferred.
