Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance to sell an entire project
- Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to drive sales growth
- Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department, as well as handling basics in adjacent departments
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
- Participating in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Essential Qualifications:
