Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated interns for the Online Data Entry role, which offers flexibility in terms of location, work arrangement, and schedule. Whether you're based in San Diego, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Milwaukee County, Manhattan, or Kansas City, you'll have the opportunity to work with our team remotely or in-person. This role involves handling essential data tasks, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data into our systems to maintain updated records
• Conducting routine checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of entered data
• Coordinating with team members to ensure unified collaboration and consistent data management
• Utilizing Excel and Google Sheets to organize and present data effectively for analysis
• Assisting with basic internet research to collect additional information when required
• Managing and maintaining data entry logs to track progress and updates
• Prioritizing daily tasks to efficiently balance various data entry assignments
• Communicating clearly with other departments to resolve data discrepancies

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
