Job Description Homeschool Safari is Hiring! Homeschool Safari is urgently seeking a certified, licensed teacher fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English to teach engaging, live Spanish classes for children. We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic educators who can make learning a second language exciting for every age group. Position Overview This is a very part-time, contract position with potential to grow as demand increases. Classes are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM PST. Teachers will work remotely and must provide their own equipment (computer, headset, and reliable internet).
Responsibilities
- Teach live, online Spanish classes in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs of different age groups (PreK–6th Grade).
- Create a positive, fun, and interactive classroom environment.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Homeschool Safari leadership team.
Requirements
- Certified and licensed to teach.
- Know some English to be able to communicate with admin and students.
- Experience teaching children; PreK experience is a strong plus.
- Outgoing, engaging, and passionate about working with kids.
- Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and necessary equipment.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (within 9–3 PST).
