Your Path to Success Our two-year training program is designed to develop your expertise and confidence as a financial advisor — without the stress of generating new business. You’ll:

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and learn how to offer fiduciary advice that aligns with their goals.
  • Lead client meetings and gain hands-on experience in financial planning.
  • Learn the intricacies of retirement plans and financial advising.
  • Develop your skills with the guidance and mentorship of our experienced Advice Team.
  • Obtain your Series 65 registration and prepare for the CFP® designation.

Upon completing the program, you’ll step into a rewarding career, serving your own clients with the skills of an advisor with 10 years of experience! Balance

  • Currently remote; however, we are also seeking candidates who are open to considering relocating to Connecticut in the future.
  • 2 evenings a week required (Monday through Wednesday)
  • Flexibility in remainder of week to ensure a total of 40 hours for work/life balance
  • We provide full work from home functionality

No prior financial industry experience is expected — we’re here to provide the training and support you need to succeed. Degrees in fields such as psychology, communications, English, or general studies are highly valued for this role.
