Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Verizon Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with Verizon to create positive interactions with customers, introducing them to the brand and enrolling them in new services. You will play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with clients, driving sales, and delivering outstanding results for our clients through their enrollment process.

Responsibilities

A typical day for our Verizon Customer Service Representative will involve:

• Meeting with potential customers in the community (face-to-face) to guide them through the enrollment process and ensure customer satisfaction by informing them about Verizon's latest services and promotions to find the solutions that best fit their needs
• Building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships to ensure their ongoing happiness and brand loyalty
• Staying informed about our client's products and services to effectively communicate with customers, promote the brand effectively, and boost sales
• Accurately recording and managing customer account details to ensure smooth service activations and installations

Qualifications

To be successful as a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will need:
