SEO Specialist – Fully Remote

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEO Specialist to join The Elite Job team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Key Responsibilities:

• * Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to assess website health and performance.
• * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
• * Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• * Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
• * Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, images, and URLs.
• * Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
• * Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• * Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• * Analyze competitors SEO strategies and identify areas for enhancement.
• * Generate monthly reports to track SEO performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
• * Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz).
• * Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
• * Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• * Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not required.
• * In-depth understanding of web analytics, ranking metrics, and SEO best practices.
• * Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to drive SEO strategy.
• * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience:
• * A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• * Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Shopify.
• * Familiarity with paid media campaigns and their impact on SEO is a plus.
• * Experience in e-commerce SEO, local SEO, and mobile SEO is desirable.
• Working Hours:
• * This is a fully remote, full-time position.
• * Flexible working hours with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM (GMT).
• * The ability to manage your time and workload independently is essential.

• * Deep knowledge of current SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
