Role Description Real Chemistry is looking for an Analyst, Insights & Evidence to join our growing team! The Analyst, Insights & Evidence supports evidence generation and synthesis that informs value, access, and reimbursement strategy. This role contributes to research and analysis that translate complex clinical, economic, and policy information into clear, decision-ready insights and narratives for internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or Wilmington—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on access-related healthcare issues, including payer evidence expectations, value frameworks, and relevant legislative/regulatory developments.
  • Support evidence synthesis workstreams (e.g., targeted literature reviews and structured evidence scans) and summarize findings into clear implications for access strategy.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of high-quality written deliverables, including reports, research papers, slide presentations, and publications—contributing through drafting, editing, proofreading, referencing, and formatting.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for clients, translating findings into concise takeaways and client-ready storylines.
  • Ensure editorial quality and consistency across deliverables (e.g., accuracy, formatting, version control, references, tables/figures) in alignment with client and internal standards.
  • Support efficient completion of client projects by coordinating logistics, tracking timelines and key milestones, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring budgets in partnership with project leads.
  • Demonstrate a strong client-service orientation, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering superior results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health policy, economics, life sciences, or related field); advanced degree a plus.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare research, consulting, market access, HEOR/RWE, policy, or evidence-focused roles (internships included).
  • Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in clear, well-structured written deliverables (reports, briefs, and slide decks).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
