Remote Senior Software Developer

- Design and build backend services for the Live Media Asset Management platform.
- Integrate third-party media asset management systems with existing hybrid infrastructure.
- Implement robust data models and APIs for live media assets and their metadata.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive workflows for live content.
- Work with AI/ML teams to enhance the MAM ecosystem with automated functionalities.
- Own production services, focusing on reliability, observability, and on-call support for critical workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating backend/platform services in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in media platforms, MAM/DAM systems, or complex integrations with third-party platforms.
- Proficient in working in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ability to design reusable services and clear APIs for various internal stakeholders.
- Committed to ensuring reliability and observability for time-sensitive workflows.
- A strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy and responsibility.
