Position Overview The Director of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and executing the organization's full HR strategy. Reporting to executive leadership, this role provides strategic and operational oversight across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations. This position requires a seasoned HR leader with deep experience navigating complex employee matters, scaling teams, and building modern, compliant HR infrastructure.
