As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will guide our digital marketing efforts, driving demand, and nurturing customer relationships through innovative digital strategies. What you'll do:

  • Email Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that highlight our specialty food products, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content, visuals, and persuasive calls-to-action for optimal engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee email campaign metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Leadership:
  • Lead the execution of the company's robust social media strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Product stakeholders, and agency partners.
  • Drive the creation of captivating content and visuals for social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee content scheduling through CW's project management tool, ensuring consistency and timely postings.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of social media campaign performance, offering strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Segmentation:
  • Elevate customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, purchase behavior, engagement levels, and other data points.
  • Curate dynamic and targeted email lists for highly personalized marketing communications, tailoring content to resonate with distinct customer segments.
  • Strategic Demand Generation:
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to orchestrate effective demand generation campaigns that amplify brand awareness, boost website traffic, and generate sales.
  • Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, identifying successful channels and strategies for resource optimization.
  • Comprehensive Content Oversight:
  • Spearhead the creation of engaging content across diverse channels, including email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content seamlessly aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) shaping our marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates to both the marketing team and senior management.
  • Market Trends and Innovation:
  • Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive marketing activities to identify new growth avenues.
  • Leverage social tracking platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Meltwater to refine and optimize our social media presence.
  • CRM Optimization:
  • Lead CRM initiatives, working closely with the Sales, Merchandising, and Product teams to integrate customer data and enhance touchpoints throughout the sales funnel.
  • Design and manage automated email workflows, ensuring personalized and timely content delivery at various stages of the customer journey.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, CRM management, segmentation, demand generation, and social media execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and social media management tools.
