Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
- Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
- Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
- Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
- Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from different sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
- Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group
- Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
- Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
- May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences
- Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase) a plus
- Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
- Willingness to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment
- Ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual
- Past internship, capstone project, or research experience a plus
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data appropriately
- Ability to plan and support large business initiatives
