Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a remote position, and we're looking for individuals located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you're a detail-oriented, team-spirited individual with a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure accuracy and quality in our documentation

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• The ability to type 50-60 WPM or more
