Role Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls or placing outbound calls to internal networks, ensuring that employees can continue their workday without disruption. You will work closely with our team to provide solutions for child care needs, document phone conversations accurately, and communicate effectively with team members. You will also utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist employees in finding alternative child care solutions when their regular providers are unavailable.

  • Document phone conversations accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, and/or call center.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Outlook and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document phone conversations and maintain accurate records.

Work Environment

• On-site in our new Broomfield office, with the option to work remotely after 30 days.

  • Hours: If you choose to work fully onsite, hours are Monday-Sunday, 9-hour shift between 8am-6pm.
  • Hours: If you choose to work remotely after 30 days, you have the potential to work any shift (including evenings/overnights/weekends).
  • 40 hours/week, 5 days/week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include:
