Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to assist our customers via email and live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, friendly, and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Ensuring all messages are answered within 24 hours
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
  • Handling order issues including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
  • Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions
  • Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
  • Must be dependable and available to work during America time zones (EST)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Experience with social media and online communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
