Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
