Civil Litigation Attorney Needed for Advisory S...

Remote · USA Full-time New today

I am seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney to provide legal drafting, research, and advisory support for multiple ongoing matters. This role is consultative—I will be representing myself (pro se) in all hearings and filings. I am looking for an attorney who can help prepare the documents, guide me on strategy, prepare me for each court session and advise me through the process. Scope of Work Includes: • Drafting a Motion to Vacate a Final Judgment based on lack of proper service and other relevant procedural grounds. • Drafting and structuring two civil complaints: • One complaint involving a luxury automotive dealership (consumer protection, fraud/misrepresentation, and damages exceeding $1M). • One complaint involving a separate party related to malpractice, negligence, and fraudulent conduct. • Conducting legal research, identifying causes of action, and helping refine the factual and legal framework of each claim. • Preparing motions, supporting memoranda, responses, and any other filings needed throughout the process. • Providing ongoing advisory support so I can properly file, organize, and present the documents in court as a pro-se litigant. • Helping me understand timelines, procedural steps, and how to submit filings in compliance with Florida state civil rules. Important Notes: • You do not need to be licensed in Florida, but Florida civil litigation experience is preferred. • This work does not involve court appearances or formal representation. The role is strictly drafting, strategy, and guidance. • I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, experienced with complex civil litigation, and comfortable working long-term as filings evolve. Ideal Candidate: • Strong background in civil litigation, motions practice, consumer protection, and fraud-related claims. • Excellent legal writing skills, especially drafting complaints, motions, and briefs. • Comfortable advising a pro-se litigant and explaining process and strategy clearly. • Able to collaborate on multi-million-dollar damages claims and complex fact patterns. • Responsive communicator with strong research capabilities. This will be an ongoing engagement (6+ months) with steady drafting and advisory work. Please share relevant experience, sample filings (with redactions), and your availability. Looking forward to working with the right attorney. Apply tot his job
