Job Description Global Property and Casualty Provider seeks a Solution Architect with experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions for the insurance industry. You will be responsible for leading the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of cloud-based products and services on Azure. You will work closely with product managers, developers, testers, and customers to ensure that our solutions meet their business needs and quality standards. Responsibilities: • Define and document the technical architecture and design of our cloud-based products and services on Azure • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams and ensure alignment with the architectural vision and standards • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Azure services and best practices • Review and evaluate the technical feasibility, quality, and performance of the solutions delivered by the development teams • Collaborate with product managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the cloud and insurance domains and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation • Mentor and coach junior architects and developers and foster a culture of learning and excellence Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development • 5 years of experience in working with Azure cloud platform and services • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, principles, and best practices Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure DevOps • Experience in using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc. • Experience in applying security, performance, and scalability considerations to cloud solutions • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry and familiarity with insurance business processes and systems is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Certification in Azure Solution Architect or equivalent is a plus • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Required * Apply tot his job
