We're not looking for ordinary. Neither should you be. What You'll Do: This role combines software development, systems design, and workflow engineering. You'll work closely with our Director of Technology to build and scale the digital backbone of our company, powering everything from real-time guest interactions to backend automation and AI-enhanced experiences. Build & Maintain Core Systems

• Support the development of guest-facing workflows and backend automations across departments
• Create and troubleshoot API integrations between hospitality and e-commerce systems
• Develop and maintain internal tools, UI modules, and web assets using modern frontend technologies.

Deploy Practical AI & Automation

• Contribute to machine learning or LLM-based features that improve personalization, forecasting, or ops.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks across guest messaging, booking flows, sales, and service delivery.
• Help support the infrastructure for intelligent agents, dynamic content, and self-improving workflows.

Improve & Optimize Systems

• Continuously audit and improve digital workflows, CRM logic, and operational bottlenecks.
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency across the tech stack.
• Document architecture, run QA tests, and support clean rollouts of new features and systems.

What We're Looking For: Required:

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience or strong interest in CRM development, process automation, and custom-coded workflow
• Strong communication and documentation skills: ability to turn business needs into a technical solution
• Self-starter energy with attention to detail and a desire to own your systems end-to-end

Bonus:

• Experience with Python for automation or data modeling
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Retool, Make.com, AWS, Firebase, or LangChain
• Experience with web design and development
• Exposure to customer-facing interfaces in luxury travel or e-commerce, with an emphasis on personalization
• Understanding of NLP development, vector databases, or frameworks such as LangChain for building applications
