About the position The CIO Analyst Program at Prudential Financial is a three-year, entry-level role designed for individuals passionate about capital markets, data analysis, and investments. Responsibilities • Participate in the CIO Analyst Program, gaining exposure to multiple areas within the Chief Investment Office. • Assist in developing asset-liability management-oriented portfolio strategies. • Select, direct, and oversee asset managers for Prudential's international investment portfolios. • Collaborate with diverse teams to address investment challenges and inform business strategy. • Engage in data analysis to support investment decisions and strategies. Requirements • Preferred majors include mathematics, engineering, economics, computer science, finance, actuarial sciences, or a similarly quantitative subject area. • Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended.
