Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

* Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of customer issues and data before it is entered

  • Acting as an assistant to the HR Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless office operations
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflow
  • Typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, including general work, data entry, and reception duties
  • Receiving calls, texts, and emails on behalf of arenaflex, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Booking appointments and flight reservations, ensuring timely and efficient service

* Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information, with a high level of integrity and honesty

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and follow through on commitments
  • Highly motivated, self-starting individual who proposes solutions, rather than waiting for others to solve problems

  • Ability to work independently from home, without immediate in-person supervision

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
