What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience
  • Researching and problem-solving to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, ensuring that customers and team members alike feel valued and supported
  • Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a customer-centric culture of collaboration
  • Adapting to changing business needs, shifting schedules, and working overtime as required by the business unit
  • Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated through a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, efficient internet browsing, and other essential tasks
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security standards

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace, free from background noise that may impact the customer experience
