Job Description As a Customer Care Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
