Job Summary

As a Core Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless transactions, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct various financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to company policies, core values, and operations priorities
  • Merchandise products, ensuring visual appeal and promoting sales
  • Engage in age-sensitive sales, promoting products and services to customers of all ages
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Participate in company-sponsored training classes to enhance job skills and knowledge
  • Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Basic math skills, including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or food service

  • Knowledge of company policies, core values, and operations priorities
  • Experience with cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
  • Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software
