The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, office setting with some outdoor duties. You'll be comfortable around dogs and enjoy interacting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

  • Rent storage units and parking spaces, upsell merchandise, and handle payments in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer account notes, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Report customer and property issues to the property manager, ensuring prompt resolution and attention to detail
  • Clean vacated units and maintain overall property cleanliness, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Perform lock checks and walk the property (up to 1–2 miles/day), ensuring the security and integrity of our facility
  • Assist the property manager with various tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ensuring timely and efficient attendance
  • Ability to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
