Job Description

As a Tech Lead in our Voice & Chat Automation / Contact Center Delivery group, you'll be responsible for leading the development of Intelligent Bots and associated components for the arenaflex Bot Squad. You'll work closely with our Product Owner, Scrum master, and cross-functional teams to achieve a single goal, and you'll be responsible for designing system architecture, implementing scalable web services, cloud functions, applications, and APIs, and developing and maintaining internal software tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of Intelligent Bots and associated components for the arenaflex Bot Squad

  • Collaborate with our Product Owner, Scrum master, and cross-functional teams to achieve a single goal
  • Design system architecture and implement scalable web services, cloud functions, applications, and APIs
  • Develop and maintain internal software tools
  • Troubleshoot and bug fix
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency
  • Collaborate with the cloud team on developing micro-services
  • Mentor team members and help in troubleshooting

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 10+ years of experience in full stack development and Chatbot development
  • Proficient in Typescript / Nodejs web services (REST)
  • Experience with Google Cloud projects (GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, code management (Gitlab), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Google Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with Agile development process
  • Database experience (PostgreSQL, Big Query)
  • Knowledge of monitoring utilizing Elastic, Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
  • Chatbot development in Dialogflow CX
  • Experience with Voice bots
  • Experience in front end web and mobile development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
  • Experience in Contact Center

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with AI and machine learning

  • Knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions
  • Experience with customer service software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $135,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
