Job Description

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our internal chat lead system, ensuring that our caregivers receive timely and accurate information about available shifts, client needs, and other important updates. You will work closely with our internal teams, including our scheduling, client services, and caregiver support teams, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage our internal chat lead system, ensuring that caregivers receive timely and accurate information about available shifts, client needs, and other important updates

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between caregivers, clients, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our caregivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers, clients, and internal teams, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and report on chat lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal chat lead system
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with internal chat lead systems or similar technology a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a care coordination or scheduling role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Certification in a related field, such as gerontology or social work
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
